The third section you will find on the “User Guide” category is the “Setup Maps Key” section. This section will help you to add third-party API keys to the WP Maps platform.
Setup Maps Keys Section
The “Setup API Key” section has two buttons:
- Paste API Key/Token
- Watch Tutorial
In this article, we will explain what these two buttons do to that will help you add API keys to your WP Maps account.
Paste API Key/Token #
The “Paste API Key/Token” button will take you to the Super Admin Page where you can add API keys for different third-party service providers such as Google Maps and Mapbox.
Go to the “API keys” tab on the Super Admin, paste the API key for the respective service provider and press “save”.
Your WP Maps account will now be linked to the service provider through the saved API key.

Watch Tutorial Button #
Lastly, the “Watch Tutorial” button in the “Setup Maps Keys” section will take you to a video that will give you a general overview of how you can add API keys for various services onto the WP Maps platform.
