WP Maps enables you to classify your products briefly and in a pretentious way. With WP Maps, view products in both grid and tabular form, where you can add, edit and delete products.
To get started you need to fill up all your products into the system, using WP Maps there are many ways to feed your products data into the database that includes Add New Product Form, Upload Products CSV, API Acess, or WP Maps Sheet Add-On, once your products data appear, you can categorize it with categories or tabs.
Add New Product #
WP Maps is able to display a variety of your products on its store locator. In addition, you can even add additional products in case you missed something the first time around or if you have recently developed a new product. Furthermore, the process to add new products is very easy on WP maps.
To add a new product to your product list, go to the “Products” tab on the side menu and click on “Create Product”. Once you are on the “Create Product” page please do the following:
- Add the product’s basic information (Product title, price, type, etc.)
- Upload the product’s image
- Add details of the product (category, color, size, etc.)
- Add links to online retailers from where your product can be purchased
- Click on the “Save” button when you are done

You have now successfully added a new product to your product list. If you would like to add more products, please follow the steps again.
Product Types #
On the “Product Types” page users can classify their products into different types or categories. Once you create a product type title, you can assign different products to these categories based on the nature of the product.

To create a product type, simply go to the “Products” tab on the sidebar and click on “Product Types”. On the “Product types” page, enter the product type title (for example, “Electronics”) and click on the “CREATE” button.
You will now be able to assign products to the product type category which you just created.
Products Grid View #
Find the complete list of products in the product selection. There you can edit or delete any product. It also enables you to add a new product.
In grid view, it let you see products with large icons and some specific details. For a detailed view, switch to the “Table” view.

Mark one or multiple products in order to delete any product.
Note: Data once deleted can’t be restored.

Products Tabular View #
Find the complete list of products in the product selection. There you can edit or delete any product. It also enables you to add a new product.
In the table view, it let you see products in a tabular form with a complete structured dataset. For an unstructured dataset view, switch to “Grid” view.

Note: Data once deleted can’t be restored.
